Fucking with Gender by Sinclair Sexsmith – The CSPH Conference: Talking About the Taboo from maymay on Vimeo.
10 October, 2010, at the 2nd Annual CSPH Conference, “Talking About the Taboo:” “Gender does not dictate your personality,” Sinclair Sexsmith says in this condensed version of her Fucking with Gender workshop at The Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health’s 2nd annual conference. Sinclair, who writes the award-winning gender and sexuality blog SugarButch.net, is a “kinky, queer, butch top” who used writing as a way to explore her own gender and, eventually, wrote herself into the sex life she wished she had. “Gender labels,” she says, “are a starting point, not an ending point,” and by keeping this in mind you, Sinclair offers some advice about how you can go after—and ultimately get—what you want in the bedroom, and also out of it. Please help spread acceptance of sex, gender, and relationships education and exploration by supporting The Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health. Visit TheCSPH.org today.
